All-Rounder General Labourer

Head off is based in Goulburn, Wolfcon employs over 40 staff and manages significant contracts for TfNSW alongside work for regional councils, companies, and members of the general public.
If you’re looking for a diverse and ever-growing job, then the All-Rounder position is for you. This position is based in Grafton and seeks a mechanically minded individual with qualities in ownership, problem-solving and integrity.
The role offers room for growth, making ambition and valuable communication desirable traits. As Wolfcon’s contracts span across NSW the successful applicant must have a willingness to travel away as needed for short periods completing works across the across the state.
As an all-rounder, you’ll find yourself:
- Working as a team member within a small crew to complete works
- Operating equipment such as zero-turn mowers
- Cleaning, vegetation control and maintaining rest areas.
- Working independently to complete minor repairs and constructions on facilities
- Completing digital daily work records and inspections
- Working 20+ hours per week, depending on the business season
Applicant Requirements:
- Possession of a White Card and Driver’s license Class P2 or above.
- Flexibility to travel and work away when required for short periods (typically between 1-5 days)
Additional desired qualifications:
- Traffic control qualification and experience
- ChemCert
- First Aid
