Priceline Pharmacy Hinkler Central is seeking an experienced Level 2 Pharmacy Assistant to join their dynamic team, 22 hours per week (however if you have supervisory or management experience, hours would increase to 27 hours per week).
As a senior Pharmacy Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our pharmacy, providing exceptional customer service and assisting our pharmacists in delivering high-quality healthcare to the local community. This is a permanent part time position, offering a supportive working environment and the opportunity to develop your skills in a thriving pharmacy environment.
What you'll be doing
Providing friendly and efficient customer service, answering queries and assisting customers with their needs
Maintaining accurate records and inventory control of pharmaceutical stock
Assisting with the processing of prescriptions and other administrative tasks
Promoting health and wellness products and services to customers
Participating in staff training and professional development opportunities
Adhering to all relevant health, safety, and regulatory guidelines
Experiences:
Must have S2/S3 Certificate
Eftpos, Point of Sale and Cash handling experience essential
Previous experience as a Pharmacy Assistant, Back Counter or Dispensing would be advantageous
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide excellent customer service
Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently and accurately
A commitment to maintaining the highest standards of safety and confidentiality
Enthusiasm for the pharmacy industry and a desire to contribute to the well-being of the local community
