Job Overview
The Night Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our establishment during overnight hours.
Key responsibilities include overseeing audit processes, providing administrative support to the daily operations team, and upholding high standards of service.
* Complete routine records and reports relating to trading and revenue.
* Accurately roll the 'end of day' process & handle cash/daily balance.
* General reception duties including check-in and check-out of guests, reservations, guest services and phone enquiries.
* Monitor the accuracy of financial transactions and records, ensure compliance with business procedures, and identify and resolve discrepancies or escalate to management as appropriate.
* Monitor daily upgrades and VIP services requirements.
Requirements
We are seeking an individual with excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills. Previous experience in a front office role or customer service is preferred.

* Experience with hotel reservations software (RMS) is preferred but not essential.
* Able to multitask and work well under pressure.
* A flexible approach to working hours over a 7-day roster, including weekends, public holidays and evening shifts.
