What You’ll Do
- A strategic and solutions-driven qualified with deep expertise in defining and delivering technology and engineering outcomes across the mining and energy sectors.
- Define and deliver engineering and technology solutions tailored to mining and energy clients
- Lead opportunity origination and pre-sales engagement across the full sales lifecycle
- Shape win strategies, negotiation plans, and leadership alignment for major bids
- Engage clients through proposals, workshops, and commercial discussions
- Translate operational challenges into actionable technology roadmaps
- Provide thought leadership across multi-disciplinary projects and programs
- Influence senior stakeholders and guide decision-making within complex organisations
What You Bring
- Deep understanding of mining supply chains, heavy haul rail, and transport operations
- Insight into architectural, engineering, and operational stakeholder environments
- Subject matter expertise in operational technology and systems engineering
- Strong capability in requirements definition, dependency mapping, and solution design
- Proficiency in Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with advanced documentation skills
- Familiarity with architecture modelling tools and notation
- Ability to navigate large organisations and build trusted relationships with senior leaders
- A well-established network within the local market
- Clear, confident communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- A proactive, hands-on approach to shaping and closing deals
