We are seeking a motivated Junior Mechanical Services Draftsman to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career draftsman
to develop their skills while working on a variety of commercial projects.
About the Role
You will support our engineering and design team in producing schedules of equipment on awarded projects and producing accurate mechanical services drawings,
with exposure to HVAC, plumbing, and fire services (depending on experience). Training and mentoring will be provided to help you grow into the role.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and update mechanical services drawings using AutoCAD (Revit experience advantageous)
* Assist in the design and documentation of HVAC / Mechanical Services systems
* Coordinate drawings with engineers, architects, and other consultants
* Revise drawings based on mark-ups and project changes
* Maintain drawing registers and project documentation
* Ensure drawings comply with relevant standards and codes
About You
* Qualification or current study in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or Drafting
* 0–2 years' experience in mechanical services drafting (graduates encouraged to apply)
* Proficiency in AutoCAD; Revit experience is a plus
* Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
* Good communication and time-management skills
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
