Job Description
The successful candidate will possess the following:
* A degree in Estimating/Quantity Surveying or Construction Management is preferred
* 5+ years' experience
* Previous estimating experience would be advantageous
* Strong capabilities in cost planning, measurement, contract management, and leadership, particularly in senior roles
* A comprehensive understanding of construction processes, materials, pricing, and the industry as a whole
* Proficient in using Microsoft Office and Estimating Software (required), with experience in Planning and Scheduling software being an added advantage
* Ability to establish and maintain professional relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
* Strong ability to organize, plan, and implement strategies effectively
* A keen eye for detail and strong analytical skills
* A collaborative team player, capable of building positive relationships and providing support to colleagues when necessary
