We are seeking a strong project manager for a leading non for profit. Hybrid Arrangement.
Reporting to senior management, this ensures that Workforce Management (WFM) transformation aspirations are executed with precision and measurable outcomes, contributing to improved resident experience, enhanced service quality, and stronger organisational performance.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required to build effective working relationships, both within and outside the organisation.

Qualifications
* Relevant tertiary qualifications.
* Strong solution deployment experience in WFM.
* Strong technical delivery experience.
* Ability to work autonomously and within a team.
* Strong computer literacy.
* Aged care exposure (added benefit).
