Talent Acquisition Manager
The Talent Acquisition Manager will develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to reduce dependencies on external recruitment services by utilizing 'head hunting' techniques and tools to secure talent directly. The key responsibilities include:
1. Creating, managing, and delivering the talent acquisition strategy for Australia and New Zealand.
2. Collaborating with stakeholders across the business to identify recruitment needs and proactively plan campaigns throughout the year.
3. Working with the HR team, marketing, and sales managers to build an employer brand at key universities.
4. Identifying suitable platforms to promote Rohde & Schwarz Australia's culture and career opportunities, as well as team member profiles.
5. Coordinating with colleagues in Munich and Singapore to roll out the company ATS to managers in Australia.
6. Headhunting and sourcing candidates for engineering and support roles.
7. Managing hiring campaigns on Seek, LinkedIn, and industry-specific sites.
8. Collaborating with marketing to launch recruitment ads and content across social media platforms.
9. Building and maintaining a recruitment database and talent pipeline.
10. Developing employee referral and alumni reactivation programs.
11. Conducting first-round interviews and pre-screening for cultural and values fit.
12. Ensuring fairness and compliance across all recruitment activities, adhering to anti-discrimination policies.
13. Working closely with hiring managers and HR to ensure a positive onboarding experience.
14. Tracking recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire and candidate turnaround times.
15. Providing interview support and best practice guidance.
