About the Role:
Drive the end‑to‑end learning strategy and instructional design direction for a complex, multi‑stream technology program in the Financial Services Industry. As the program's lead designer, you will influence stakeholders, set design standards, and ensure learning solutions align with business outcomes, regulatory expectations, and the realities of their operations without direct people management responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Translate program objectives and risk posture into a coherent learning experience architecture across multiple releases/trains.
Create training materials, user guides, and e-learning content tailored to business needs.
Conduct needs analysis to identify skill gaps and recommend appropriate training solutions.
Provide hands-on support and guidance during system rollouts and upgrades.
Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve content and delivery methods.
Skills & Experience:
Strong background in Instructional Design with 3–5+ years in a lead/principal capacity on large programs.
Deliver online and in-person training, edit knowledge base articles, FAQs, and help center content tailored to various customer personas and technical skill levels
Ensure all written content adheres to brand tone, language guidelines, and accessibility standards across digital platforms
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify technical concepts.
Familiarity with instructional design principles and e-learning platforms.
Ability to work collaboratively with technical teams and business stakeholders.
Desirable:
Certifications in IT training, instructional design, or relevant technologies - Prosci/ADKAR and Agile certifications
