About the role
This is an excellent opportunity to join the B.S.T. Group Aust. Pty Ltd' team as a full-time Office Administrator based in Ballarat, VIC 3350. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive customer and administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the office and its sales operation.
What you'll be doing
* Handling a variety of administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and document management
* Providing office support, Customer support, answering phone calls, meeting coordinator and managing correspondence
* Assisting with the coordination of office operations, including procurement, inventory management, and facilities management
* Supporting the team with various projects and ad-hoc tasks as required
* Contributing to the development and implementation of office policies and procedures
* Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service
What we're looking for
* Proven experience as an Office Administrator or in a similar administrative role
* Driven, Real & Connected with a growth mindset
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional, energetic and friendly demeanour
* Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
* Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
* Flexibility and a willingness to take on a diverse range of tasks
* Comply with all WHS requirements
