Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced building consultant to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality reporting to insurers and construction clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver High-Quality Reporting: Provide factual and detailed reports to clients on time.
* Work Independently: Manage workload efficiently and work autonomously.
* Prepare Accurate Reports: Prepare solid, factual, and technically accurate reports.
* Scope of Works (SOW): Produce detailed and clear Scopes of Works.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need the following qualifications and skills:
* QBCC Trade Licence and Builder Licence: Hold a valid QBCC trade licence and builder licence.
* Post-Trade Experience: Have a minimum of 10 years post-trade experience.
* Australian Standards and NCC Knowledge: Possess knowledge of Australian standards and the National Construction Code (NCC).
* Construction Expertise: Demonstrate strong construction, defect identification, and building pathology knowledge.
