Requirements:
* Proven experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally gained within manufacturing, engineering, chemical, water treatment, life sciences, or industrial sectors.
* Strong ability to partner with hiring managers, influence decision-making, and manage competing priorities.
* Proficiency in using ATS platforms and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills; professional, consultative, and proactive.
