With ongoing growth and an HR Manager currently on maternity leave, we are seeking a capable and motivated People and Culture Coordinator to support our national operations. This role is suited to someone in the early stages of their HR career who is looking to expand their experience across the full HR generalist function.
Working closely with senior leaders, you will help ensure our people processes run smoothly, support our managers with day to day HR matters and contribute to a positive employee experience across the organisation.
What You Will Do
Support end to end recruitment activities including job posting, interview coordination and candidate communication.
Prepare employment contracts and assist with onboarding requirements.
Maintain accurate employee records and support reporting needs.
Assist with salary reviews, contract variations and other personnel changes.
Coordinate training activities, engagement initiatives and performance review cycles.
Support managers with HR queries and ensure policies and procedures are followed.
Provide day to day HR administrative support across all departments.
Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement work.
