Job Description
* Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner.
* Answer and direct incoming phone calls effectively.
* Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
* Maintain and organise the reception area to ensure a tidy and professional appearance.
* Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry and filing.
* Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure rooms are prepared appropriately.
* Assist with ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory levels.
* Handle ad hoc tasks as required to support the team and office operations.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Casual Receptionist should have:
* Previous experience in a similar receptionist or administrative role.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
* Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities.
* A professional presentation and a friendly, approachable manner.
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
