They are seeking an enthusiastic and customer focused Strata Manager to join their specialised team and manage a mostly commercial portfolio.
About this Opportunity
Working alongside an experienced team with one of the industry's most passionate and approachable Heads of Department. You will be managing a portfolio of circa 500 lots, made up of residential, commercial and mixed use. Working amongst this fantastic team and with support from experienced assistants.
Responsibilities
* Provide high-level Strata Management services to a portfolio of residential/commercial/mixed use properties
* Oversee assets integrity including physical, financial and compliance to industry regulations
* Prepare for and attend associated AGM's, Extraordinary General Meetings and Council meetings when required
* Liaise with owners, tenants and contractors
Our Ideal Candidate
Ideally you will have experience managing your own Strata portfolio with exposure across the full breadth of Strata Management along with a solid understanding of the Strata Titles Act is essential.
You will have obtained the necessary industry accreditation, or the willingness to obtain.
