What will you do?
A day in the life of our Assistant Store Managers is diverse and includes:
1. Delivering amazing visual merchandising and an outstanding experience to our customers.
2. Being innovative in your approach to driving sales for the store.

4. Accountability for building and maintaining a store with a strong safety and compliance focus.
5. Leading the Target vision, strategy, and values within the team and across the organization.
What are we looking for?
We seek an Assistant Store Manager who inspires their team to deliver customer excellence across all store operations and compliance. You should have a strong retail management background, be passionate, commercially minded, and partner effectively with the Store Manager to achieve positive results.
