About the opportunity
Supporting the Complaints Review project, the Business Analyst is responsible for gathering intricate requirements by analysing current operations and envisioning future states. They lead the creation of comprehensive documentation, fostering strong ties with internal stakeholders for aligned decision-making. They also ensure solutions devised integrate with existing systems and maintain high-quality standards of accuracy and privacy.
Your key responsibilities will be to:
* engage with stakeholders to elicit detailed requirements, mapping out current and desired future states, and refining these requirements for efficient solutioning
* produce comprehensive documentation, ensuring clarity and uniformity for technical and non-technical stakeholders, while adhering to established templates and standards
* forge strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and teams, ensuring transparent and effective communication channels for aligned decision-making and solution delivery
* analyse business processes in collaboration with business and technical stakeholders, recommending solutions that seamlessly align with existing systems.
About you
* demonstrated extensive experience in the collection, analysis, interpretation and presentation of large and complex data
* proficient data analysis skills including problem solving, data gathering and analysis and reporting
* demonstrated high level of computer literacy and proficiency in the production of high-level work using software such as Microsoft Office applications
* ability to communicate effectively and build productive relationships with a broad range of staff and stakeholders
* evidence of excellent planning and organisational skills including the ability to meet deadlines and work with accuracy and consistency.
