Your new role
As the Branch Manager, you'll lead the day to day operations of a close knit branch team, ensuring outstanding service delivery, smooth branch operations, and a positive customer experience. You will coach and develop your team, oversee compliance and risk controls, and drive sales outcomes that put customer needs first.
In this role, you will:
* Lead and develop a small team to deliver excellent everyday banking experiences
* Oversee branch operations, compliance, cash handling and customer escalations
* Drive sales and service outcomes aligned with customer needs
* Support training, performance reviews and capability development
* Manage personal lending applications where required, ensuring quality and compliance
What you'll need to succeed
* Leadership experience in banking, financial services or a similar customer facing environment
* Strong communication skills and the ability to coach and motivate others
* Proven customer service capability and confidence handling challenging situations
* Tier 2 accreditation
* Solid understanding of branch operations
