About the Role
We are seeking highly skilled professionals to join our Fixed Plant Maintenance Crew as Belt Splicer/Rubber Liners.
* Responsibilities include performing belt splicing, change-outs, and repairs according to established procedures.
* Candidates must be able to identify common belt damage/faults and determine the most effective method of repair.
* The ideal candidate will have experience operating mechanical conveyor belt handling equipment.
PREFERRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
* Belt splicing, changing out, and repairing skills
* Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
* Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
