We're looking for a
detail-oriented and analytical Junior Business Analyst
to join our remote team. This role is ideal for early-career professionals passionate about understanding business needs, analyzing data, and helping teams make informed decisions.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in
gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements

* Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to ensure
requirements are clear and actionable

process flows, reports, dashboards, and data visualizations

* Participate in
data analysis, market research, and business process improvement initiatives

Requirements
* 0–2 years of experience in
business analysis, analytics, or related internships/projects
.
* Basic proficiency in
Excel, SQL, or data visualization tools
(e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
* Strong
analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
.
* Ability to
work independently
in a remote-first environment.
* Fluent in
English
.
