THE ROLE
Based in our Gold Coast (Bundall) office, this role is ideally suited to a Property Solicitor looking for consistency, structure and a well-supported workflow.
You will manage a steady stream of conveyancing and property matters from instruction through to settlement, with support systems and processes already in place.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
* Minimum 2 years’ post-admission experience (PAE) in Property Law
* Strong working knowledge of PEXA and LEAP
* High attention to detail and accuracy in drafting
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Clear and professional communication skills
* Ability to work both independently and within a team
* Estate Planning experience is advantageous but not essential
