Job Opportunity: HRM Coordinator
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HRM Coordinator to join our team. As an HRM Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating HR functions, leading WHS activities, and maintaining internal HR systems.
* Coordinating HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, policy development, and compliance
* Leading WHS activities including training coordination, committee participation, incident investigation, and audit support
* Maintaining and developing internal HR systems (including HRIS, Employment Hero, and LogiQC)
* Providing advice on industrial relations, Fair Work, and workplace investigations
* Driving continuous improvement in HR / WHS processes and systems
About You
To qualify, you will need a tertiary qualification (Certificate IV or Diploma level minimum) in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. You will also bring a sound understanding of workplace health and safety frameworks and the ability to guide compliance and risk mitigation across multiple sites.
* A minimum of 3 years experience in a HR or WHS coordination role is essential
* You will bring a strong background in HR and WHS with the ability to lead and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
What We Offer
A competitive salary of $75,000 – $85,000 + super, negotiable based on experience
