About the Role
Join one of Australia's most progressive legal firms in a role that combines strategy, creativity and relationship building. As a Business Development Specialist, you will be the key driver of growth initiatives and a trusted advisor to partners and practice groups.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic business development plans with practice group heads
Provide partners with advice on profile building and growth opportunities
Identify client opportunities and deliver compelling, commercial responses
Support client relationship initiatives including pitch debriefs and listening sessions
Contribute to client growth while building your expertise in advisory and strategy
Ideal Candidate
Minimum 3 years of experience in business development or professional services
Degree in marketing, business, communications, law or a related discipline
Strong strategic thinking and attention to detail
Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative environment
What We Offer
Competitive salary package of $100,000 – $130,000 plus superannuation
