About the Role
This is a key leadership position where you will take the helm of our Mount Gambier office, acting as the vital link to the franchise owners who are located elsewhere. You will be responsible for managing our sales consultants, driving business goals, and overseeing the day-to-day operations of this satellite office. Your leadership will directly contribute to our positive work environment and our reputation for excellence.
This position is based in our Mount Gambier office, with some travel to our Naracoorte office. Our office hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:30 am to 5 pm.
Your responsibilities will include:
Leading, mentoring, and managing the sales consultants to achieve targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
Driving the achievement of key business goals and KPIs for the Mount Gambier office.
Overseeing all daily office operations to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
Managing the pre-construction pipeline, including colour selections, engineering orders, and council approvals.
Serving as the primary point of contact for the franchise owners, providing regular updates and reports.
Handling varied administrative tasks to support sales, construction, and overall office function.
Championing the G.J. Gardner Homes brand and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

About You
Proven Leader:
You have demonstrated experience in managing and motivating a team, preferably in a sales environment.
Business Acumen:
You are commercially minded and have a track record of driving business goals.
Highly Autonomous:
You are a self-starter who thrives on responsibility and can confidently manage an office for off-site owners.
Exceptional Communicator:
You possess strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of liaising effectively with staff, clients, and senior management.
Organised and Strategic:
You can manage multiple priorities, from high-level strategy to day-to-day administrative details.
Construction industry knowledge (Preferred):
Familiarity with the new home construction process is a significant advantage.
