What You Will Enjoy Doing
* You will follow up on overdue accounts through collection calls or emails and assist in negotiating payment terms to minimize bad debts
* You will assist in generating financial reports related to accounts receivable and cash flow
* Furthermore, address client inquiries and handle disputes related to billing statements and payments
* Maintain accurate and detailed records of all transactions and payments
* In addition, perform general bookkeeping duties, which may include calculating interest on overdue accounts

* Strong proficiency with numbers and the ability to perform calculations
* Meticulous in record-keeping and data entry
* Excellent verbal and written communication to interact with clients and colleagues
* Competency in using accounting software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel
* Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and work under deadlines
* A professional and calm demeanor when handling customer inquiries and collections
