We are hiring for a full-time Sales and Marketing Manager to help oversee and manage our sales division. We are in the search for ambitious people who love to succeed and are willing to work hard to make that happen.
The Sales and Marketing Manager position is responsible for planning and implementing sales, marketing, and product development programs, both short and long range, targeted toward existing and new markets by performing the following duties personally or through subordinates.
This role offers $70,000 per annum. It also offers bonuses and commissions and has career advancement with chance of pay increases.
**Duties**
- Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with clients to enhance customer experience throughout all sales transactions.
- Driving the overall success of fundraising campaigns. This includes developing marketing strategies for campaigns.
- Demonstrating leadership by learning to manage and lead a team, guiding them towards achieving their individual targets.
- Planning and executing territory management for specific teams / staff.
- Training up new staff members who are being on - boarded with the company.
- Implementing and monitoring weekly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for personal and team success.
- Providing ongoing coaching and support to team members to optimise their performance.
- Ensuring the seamless execution of daily practices for efficient sales and marketing operations.
- Developing and implementing strategic plans for sourcing ongoing contributions from donors within the Australian Non-Profit sector.
- Collaborating with internal teams to align fundraising strategies with the organisation's mission and values.

- Collaborating with relevant departments to streamline processes and enhance overall campaign effectiveness. This includes analysing data to determine campaign efficiency.
**Skills and Experience Requirements**
- At least 2 years of experience in the sales/marketing industry

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
