Responsibilities
* Become a crucial member of our dedicated maintenance team, responsible for planning and coordinating the upkeep of our dozer fleet.
* Leverage your technical expertise to optimize maintenance schedules, minimize downtime, and enhance the overall reliability of our equipment.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of maintenance activities with production goals, driving operational excellence.
* Proficient in the use of maintenance planning and scheduling software, with a strong understanding of preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective liaison with operators, technicians, and other stakeholders.
* Proven ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement data-driven solutions to optimize maintenance processes.
* Demonstrated experience in coordinating and prioritizing maintenance activities to minimize equipment downtime and maximize productivity.
* Familiarity with mining industry regulations, safety protocols, and best practices related to heavy equipment maintenance.
About You
* Tertiary qualification in a relevant field, such as mechanical engineering or maintenance management.
* Extensive experience in a maintenance planning or asset management role, preferably within the mining or heavy industry.
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
