Ensure a high level of cleaning for clients at all time
Ensuring confidentiality and privacy is upheld at all times
You should hold or be willing to obtain:
A Blue Card for working with children
A positive suitability notice card or exemption card for working with people with disabilities
A current Queensland driver's license
A current First Aid Certificate (HLTAID003 or equivalent)
Certificate III in Disability or Community Services
The following traits will be highly considered:
Physical fitness to perform manual handling, domestic assistance and to participate in activities with participants
Knowledge of Person Centered Practice
Experience in commercial or domestic cleaning
Well-developed interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate effectively within a team
Ability to prioritise workload and respond to an emergency
A positive attitude and the ability to multi-task
