Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Housekeeper/Cleaner to join our team at Tawonga Tourist Park in the beautiful Alpine region of Victoria.
As a Housekeeper/Cleaner, you will be responsible for delivering a positive guest experience through the coordination of cleaning presentation and duties of park accommodation and amenities.
You will maintain a high standard of work, representing our company brand in all your work and guest interactions.
The Guest Services team takes pride in maintaining the guest facilities to an exceptional standard.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for guests
* Delivering a positive guest experience through excellent customer service skills
* Coordinating cleaning presentation and duties of park accommodation and amenities
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Proven experience in a similar role
* Experience in accommodation cleaning and services
* First Aid Level 2 and Current CPR certification (can train if required)
* Australian Driver's Licence
* Legally entitled to work in Australia
