Our client is a leading telecommunications provider who is seeking a Business Improvement / Communications Manager to play a key role in identifying, executing and optimising a base management life-cycle marketing plan/journeys for existing customers, in particular focused on leveraging and showcasing new products.
Key requirements include:
- Contribute to the base management marketing planning process across the product and marketing team and deliver integrated marketing execution aligned to business objectives and budget
- Support retention/compliance objectives
- Contribute to audience selection and customer segmentation strategy
- Deliver Campaigns to agreed timelines and volumes
- Work with internal stakeholders and external partners to define key marketing metrics and agreed targets
- Report on performance against those metrics and optimizing campaigns based overall results
