Job Description Team Leadership - Lead, mentor, and support a team of mechanics, hire controllers, and customer service staff to ensure high performance and engagement. Operational Oversight - Manage day-to-day branch operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and alignment with company procedures. Customer & Sales Focus - Build strong relationships with trade, construction, and infrastructure clients, ensuring exceptional service and identifying growth opportunities.
