Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee all aspects of workshop control, ensuring smooth job flow and time management
* Oversee daily workshop operations and job allocations
* Provide hands-on technical support and mentoring to technicians
* Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency
* Work closely with service advisors and management to ensure smooth workflow
* Lead by example to foster a positive team culture
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Proven experience as a senior technician or foreman
✅ Strong leadership and communication skills
✅ A true team player who leads from the front
✅ Attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
✅ Trade qualified (Cert III in Light Vehicle or similar)
