We're looking for a dynamic Practice Lead, Enterprise Business Analysis, to shape the future of our business analysis capability. In this role, you'll set the disciplines and direction and showcase the true value of business analysis in achieving high‑quality outcomes. By aligning business needs, customer outcomes and technology solutions, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering impact across the organisation.
You'll lead a talented team of Lead Business Analysts, Senior Business Analysts, and Business Analysts, guiding them to deliver excellence and drive meaningful outcomes across the organisation. This is a hands‑on role, leading by example across the delivery schedule.
Key Impact Areas
* Setting the strategic direction for the Business Analysis practice, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and maximising value delivery.
* Championing the impact of business analysis across the enterprise, driving consistency, simplification, and high‑quality outcomes.
* Partnering with senior leaders to shape roadmaps and priorities, while reporting outcomes and insights to executive stakeholders.
* Coaching, mentoring, and developing Business Analysts at all levels to uplift capability, introduce best practices, and support career growth.
* Embedding oversight and support across initiatives to ensure robust analysis, remove blockers, and enable delivery success.
* Fostering a culture of continuous improvement by capturing organisational knowledge, promoting collaboration, and driving innovation.
Qualifications
* 7+ years of proven experience in business analysis leadership, ideally within the financial services sector.
* A track record of building and developing high‑performing BA teams and/or practices.
* Deep knowledge of business analysis frameworks, tools, and techniques (e.g., BABOK, Agile, Lean, Design Thinking).
* Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills at all organisational levels.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, including contributing to business cases, feasibility studies and facilitating workshops.
* Excellent facilitation skills with the ability to bring together diverse teams and perspectives to deliver meaningful outcomes.
