Permanent opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Specialist
**Your new role**
You will be accountable for ensuring that recruitment strategies support the strategic plan and meet short
- and medium-term capabilities requirements in your capacity as manager of talent acquisition. In order to encourage positive stakeholder involvement and enable the function to innovate and implement change, you will be the driving force behind operational performance and change management. The policies, procedures, systems, and services will be shaped by you.
You will be leading and coaching a diligent, collaborative team to build elevated levels of engagement, knowledge, capability, confidence, and performance. You will thrive leading a high volume, fast-paced recruitment function that is highly visible to leaders across the organisation.
**What you'll need to succeed**
To be successful in this role, you will have extensive experience in designing and leading organisation-wide talent acquisition and engagement initiatives to deliver results, and experience in managing high standards of compliance, risk management, and recruitment due diligence. Previous experience working in a large, complex organisations is also advantageous.
