As a Training and Development Consultant, you will design, deliver and evaluate training programs that develop our people and support strategic goals. From onboarding to compliance, leadership development to digital learning – you will shape a strong culture of continuous learning.
You will also:
* Develop blended learning content (e-learning, instructor-led, mentoring, videos)
* Support managers in rolling out employee development plans
* Ensure our programs align with industry standards and best practice
* Partner with internal teams to roll out high-impact training events
* Establish systems, tools and processes that scale with our business
What We're Looking For
* 3+ years' experience in L&D, instructional design or training coordination
* Proven ability to design and deliver blended learning solutions
* Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills
* Familiarity with industry standards and learning management systems
* A hands-on, adaptable mindset suited to a fast-paced, growing environment
Desirable but Not Essential
* Experience in multi-site or international organisations
* Cert IV in Training & Assessment
* Knowledge of Australian workplace training compliance
