About The Role
This role is critical to the continued success of the Kingston clinic.
Working closely with our national Support Office and Regional Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations, team coordination and business performance of the practice, helping ensure the clinic runs efficiently while maintaining an exceptional patient experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Leading and supporting the administration team
* Managing clinic operations and ensuring smooth day-to-day workflow
* Optimising appointment scheduling and diary management
* Monitoring clinic performance metrics and assisting with reporting
* Supporting marketing initiatives and community engagement
* Building strong relationships with patients and local referrers
* Managing outstanding accounts and financial administration processes
* Ensuring clinic systems and processes are operating effectively
* Maintaining a professional, welcoming and well-organised clinic environment
* Identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency and patient experience
This role provides the opportunity to help shape the operational direction of the clinic while supporting and leading the clinical team to deliver excellent patient outcomes.
About You
We are looking for a highly organised, proactive and people-focused leader who enjoys improving the way a business operates.
You may come from allied health, healthcare, fitness, medical administration or another service-based business environment.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Experience in a practice management, clinic management or operations role
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to support and guide a team
* Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
* Confidence analysing reports and supporting business performance
* A calm and solutions-focused approach in a busy environment
* A strong focus on customer service and patient experience
* The ability to take initiative and drive continuous improvement
