Responsibilities
Preparing cost forecasts, monitoring financial performance, and generating cash flow reports.
Supporting financial reporting and ensuring clear communication of project scope.
Preparing and managing subcontractor tender documentation, including schedules, scopes of work, and recommendations.
Building trusted relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants.
Managing progress claims and liaising with clients on head contracts.
What you'll bring
Tertiary qualifications in Building, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
Proven local experience as a Contracts Administrator on commercial building projects.
Strong knowledge of Australian commercial and legal frameworks.
Sound understanding of building trades and construction processes.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and influencing skills.
