About the Role
The role is suitable for someone who has worked within the residential construction industry and is looking to work with an established builder. You will be supervising a maximum of 3 to 4 quality homes that are all vastly different.
Their homes range in value from $3m – $8m+ across a mix of low and high set homes. The workbook currently consists of purely custom homes. You will work with leaders in the field, receiving exceptional support from the office with a full team that all share the same passion.
What You'll Need
* Minimum 3+ years working as a Site Supervisor in the residential industry
* Working with both low and high set homes or a commercial background is desired
* Ability to work towards targets effectively including budget, time and quality management
* A mindset and work ethic that cares about finer details, with proven experience working with high quality products
What You'll Get

* Salary will be $150k + Super + Car + Phone + Fuel card. The salary can vary depending on experience
