Event Coordinator Role
We are seeking an experienced event coordinator to manage the planning and execution of seamless events at a luxury hotel.
* Coordinate all aspects of events from planning to post-event follow-up, ensuring client satisfaction and operational excellence.
* Manage relationships with clients and suppliers, guaranteeing accuracy and timely payments.
* Host VIP arrivals, site visits, and pre-event meetings, providing exceptional service and attention to detail.
* Maintain accurate records and forecasts using IVvy and Opera systems, driving business growth and revenue.
* Support internal events and foster repeat business through excellent customer service and effective communication.
* Collaborate closely with Sales, Banquets, and hotel teams to meet client expectations and deliver memorable experiences.
