Branch Operations Supervisor Job Description
This role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of a branch, ensuring that all aspects are running smoothly and efficiently.
* Manage check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and welcome guests in a professional manner.
* Maintain campervans to ensure they are in excellent condition, oversee logistics, and guarantee seamless operational processes.
* Manage bookings, stock levels, local suppliers, and cleaning services to maintain high standards.
* Handle customer complaints, emergencies, and local issues promptly and effectively.
* Travel enthusiasts with experience in Tourism, Hospitality, Retail, or Rent-a-car are preferred.
* Excellent communication skills and direct customer contact experience.
* Eligibility to work in Australia, a valid driver's license, and confidence in driving a campervan are mandatory.
* Availability to work weekends is required.
