About the Role

We are seeking a full-time Administration Assistant to join our Orange team, reporting to a Director. You will be a vital part of our close-knit administration team.


Responsibilities

* Complete office administrative tasks efficiently and accurately
* Perform receptionist duties, including answering calls and managing mail
* Manage database entries and support general administrative tasks such as printing, filing, and scanning
* Assist with office supplies and requirements
* Support team members and assist with client correspondence and communication, including processing correspondence from the ATO


About You

You are proactive, flexible, and committed to supporting your team. You possess a strong work ethic, thrive in busy environments, and lead by example. Key qualities include:

* Professional, diplomatic, and courteous manner
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office
* Strong initiative
