Job Description
The vision of the Asset Management team, within the Advisory Business Line, is to partner with our clients to optimise and improve their business performance by offering integrated asset and information management, risk and reliability improvement services. As such the role will support the successful delivery, profitability and strategic growth of our infrastructure asset management services across sectors such as Transport, Defence, Water and more.
How you'll make a difference
* Lead client interactions, including opportunities and bids, while providing expert advice on asset management and change‐management processes.
* Develop strategic, tactical and operational documents, such as Asset Management Plans, Asset Lifecycle Plans, Inspection and Maintenance Plans, and Strategic Asset Management Plans (SAMPs).
* Manage project delivery and client relationships, ensuring quality deliverables and timely project completion.
* Support business development initiatives that strengthen client relationships and drive revenue growth.
* Mentor and guide team members while fostering a collaborative environment.
Qualifications
* Experience: Over 10 years in asset management, project delivery with a proven record of building strong client relationships, and optional experience in condition assessment.
* Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, commercial acumen, and the ability to think strategically and tactically.
* Knowledge: A solid understanding of asset management practices, frameworks, and relevant standards, with the ability to develop innovative strategies.
* Leadership: Experience in coaching and mentoring project teams, promoting a culture of quality and timely delivery.
