About The Role
We are looking for a compassionate Support Worker to join our fast-growing team in QLD. As a Support Worker/Carer, you will be responsible for assisting clients with various daily activities to help them continue to live safely and independently at home.
This role involves supporting a client with their day-to-day needs across scheduled shifts during the week, totalling 6 hours per week. The position offers travel reimbursement, company-provided PPE, and the opportunity to be part of a supportive and growing care team.
Your Responsibilities
* Provide personal care: showers, dressing, grooming, toileting, and medication prompts
* Assist with domestic tasks: cleaning, meal prep, shopping
* Offer social support and respite care
* Transport clients to appointments
* Maintain accurate care records
Your Background
The ideal candidate is compassionate, reliable, and committed to delivering exceptional care. You should possess:
* Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
* National Police Clearance Certificate
* Current Australian Driver's Licence with registered vehicle and insurance
* Smartphone
* Organised, punctual, friendly, and genuinely caring
