About the role
The Back Pain Relief Clinic is seeking a passionate and experienced Physiotherapist to join our dedicated team on a contract basis. As a Physiotherapist, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional rehabilitative care to our patients, helping them recover from injuries, manage chronic conditions, and improve their overall physical well-being. This is an ongoing contract position with no fixed end date.
Candidates must be available to work a minimum of 26-35 hours per week for this contract position.
Less or more hours will be considered at the successful applicant's request.

* Conducting comprehensive physiotherapy assessments to identify patients' needs and develop tailored treatment plans
* Delivering a range of evidence-based physiotherapy interventions, including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and the use of specialised equipment
* Collaborating with other healthcare professionals, such as occupational therapists and physicians, to ensure a coordinated approach to patient care
* Educating patients on their condition, treatment options, and self-management strategies
* Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring compliance with clinical and administrative requirements
* Contributing to the continuous improvement of the clinic's physiotherapy services by providing feedback and participating in team meetings
What we're looking for
* A degree or diploma in Physiotherapy and current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
* 1+ years of experience as a Physiotherapist, preferably in a clinical setting
* New graduates are welcomed to apply as comprehensive clinical training will be provided on-site
* Having an established client base would be beneficial but is not a strict requirement for the role
* Must have current Australian work rights to be eligible for this position
* Excellent clinical skills and a strong understanding of evidence-based physiotherapy practices
* Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and communicate effectively with patients and other healthcare providers
* Demonstrated commitment to continuing professional development and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care
* Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage a varied caseload
* Any further specialised equipment needed for treatment will be considered and purchased at the cost of the clinic.
* We are looking for a physiotherapist willing to build a strong client base in return for no financial ceiling.
* Must be willing to work under a revenue share remuneration structure
* The revenue share structure offers a 50-60% split to the physiotherapist depending on patient volume
