Business Development Manager Job Opportunity
Our company is seeking a highly driven Business Development Manager to promote and support channel engagement with end users, focusing on selling print solutions and products related to document solutions into the South Australian market.
The role will focus on identifying growth opportunities and expanding our business in the region.
The successful candidate will report to the Regional Sales Manager and be responsible for:
* Achieving sales targets set by the Regional Manager
* Establishing new business in targeted vertical markets
* Maintaining and growing existing business through effective management of key accounts
* Building and maintaining relationships with key channel partners, decision makers, end-users, and industry influencers
* Providing product demonstrations and sales concepts to all levels
* Keeping accurate records and reporting
Applicants should have:
* A strong focus on customer service, with a proven track record of earning customer trust and loyalty
* Knowledge of the document solutions/print channel space, including products like copiers, printers, and scanners
* Experience in account management or business development
* Motivation to achieve and exceed sales targets
* A proven sales track record in IT or printing, which is preferred
* Good knowledge of professional photo printing, digital print workflows, color management, and managed print services
* Ability to manage customer expectations from start to finish of the sales process
* Excellent teamwork and communication skills
