We're working with a well-established enterprise company currently delivering a large HR transformation. As part of this program, they're rolling out a recent AI-enabled recruitment platform and require an experienced Solution Architect to lead the integration work across their HR and finance systems. The platform has already been selected and is in the final stages of setup. This role will be key in ensuring a smooth integration into existing environments, with a strong focus on data flow, process alignment, and stakeholder engagement across both business and technology teams. Responsibilities: Lead integration design and delivery across HR, recruitment, and finance systems Ensure alignment with architectural standards, data integrity, and security protocols Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure solution fit Support testing, validation, and deployment of integrations Provide clear documentation and knowledge transfer to support ongoing success Skills: Experience as a Solution Architect on HR system integration projects Strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors and finance-related data flows Background integrating third-party platforms in complex environments Familiarity with AI recruitment platforms and their application in enterprise settings Strong stakeholder management and the ability to work across both business and IT This is a hands-on role with the opportunity to contribute from day one. The team is looking to move quickly, with onboarding planned in the coming weeks.
