Job Title: Technical Lead for Airspace Operations

About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven leader to oversee the installation and maintenance operations of our airspace systems. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on exciting projects, develop your skills, and advance your career.
Key Responsibilities:
* Partner with project teams and crews to deliver safe and high-quality outcomes.
* Conduct on-site assessments to verify and improve design plans.
* Keep projects moving by capturing insights and updating project systems.
* Work closely with the Operations Centre to manage service requests.
* Coach the Implementation and Operations & Maintenance teams to ensure their depth in knowledge of the operating process and equipment functionality is compliant.
Requirements:
* A Diploma or higher in Radio, Communications, Electrical or Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
* Hands-on experience with communications network equipment, fibre, radio antenna systems, and DC power systems.
* Strong client-facing communication skills.
* Proven ability to uplift capability across teams and contractors.
* Eligibility to obtain Australian NV1 Security Clearance.
* Solid Information Systems and computer literacy.
