About the role
* Deliver functional assessments and evidence‐based therapy across the lifespan
* Support a mixed NDIS, Medicare and private caseload
* Prescribe assistive technology and recommend home modifications
* Collaborate with Speech Pathologists, Psychologists, Social Workers and Behaviour Support Practitioners
* Shape your caseload around your clinical interests
* Work within a sustainable 5 billable hour per day model
* Manage a localised caseload (within 40 minutes of home)

As a Graduate
You'll join our structured New Graduate Program, including shadowing, protected learning time, regular supervision and gradual caseload build.
As an Experienced OT
Opportunities exist for mentoring, advanced practice development, report QA support and leadership pathways.
About You
* Bachelor or Master of Occupational Therapy
* AHPRA registration (or eligibility)
* WWCC & NDIS Worker Screening (or willingness to obtain)
* Driver's licence and access to a vehicle
* A thoughtful, collaborative and person‐centred approach
* A growth mindset and passion for delivering meaningful outcomes
