The Client Our Client is a successful building and construction business that has grown steadily for over 15 years. With an established client base that provides ongoing business the Company has a substantial order book with exciting future prospects due to recent contract wins. As the Finance Manager you will play a pivotal part in shaping their financial strategy and contributing to their ongoing success. The Role: While this role is initially a 6 month contract, it is likely to extend or become permanent. Reporting into the Managing Director your key duties will include: Driving the month-end management accounting and statutory reporting process. Leading financial planning and analysis to drive business growth. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize financial performance. Managing audit, taxation, insurance and payroll processes. Creating and executing strategies to enhance operational efficiency and profitability. Preferred Requirements: CA/CPA/CIMA qualification. Proven experience in a similar role. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to influence key stakeholders. Experience in MYOB or similar ERP would beneficial Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
