Full‑time | Darwin | Immediate Start I (38hrs per week)
Hourly Rate: $43.88 - $46 per hour

We’re partnering with a respected Territory organisation that plays a vital role in improving community health outcomes across the NT. They are seeking an experienced Administration Officer to join their supportive and passionate team.
About the Role As the Administration Officer, you will provide high‑quality administrative, coordination and customer service support across a busy office. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast‑paced environments, can manage competing deadlines, and enjoys working with a diverse range of stakeholders.
You'll support day‑to‑day operations, program administration, meeting coordination and general office functions—ensuring the team has what they need to deliver essential services to the community.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide administrative and operational support to internal teams and program leads
* Manage inboxes, correspondence and document control
* Coordinate meetings, bookings and travel arrangements
* Prepare agendas, minutes, reports and internal documentation
* Maintain accurate records, registers and databases
* Assist with project and event coordination
* Build positive relationships with stakeholders, community partners and service providers
* General office support, including reception backup and resource management

Essential skills & experience:
* Proven experience in administration, business support or coordination roles
* Strong communication, customer service and teamwork skills
